- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch seasoning, and shredded cheese.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Cut each biscuit in half and fill each half with the chicken mixture.
- Pinch the edges to seal and place the filled biscuits in a greased baking dish.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add diced green onions or jalapeƱos to the filling.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
