- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
- In the slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes, chopped onion, and browned beef.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the layers in the slow cooker.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding some diced bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
