Description

Delicious and flavorful cheesy garlic chicken wraps that are easy to make and perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  5. Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
