Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken mixture.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for added taste.
