Delicious cheeseburger pretzel bombs filled with gooey cheese and seasoned beef, perfect for a snack or party appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add mustard, ketchup, salt, and pepper to the beef and mix well.
- Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a small amount of cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced onions or pickles to the beef mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with additional mustard and ketchup for dipping.
