A delicious and satisfying cheeseburger meatloaf that is perfect for those following a keto or low carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, almond flour, onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the sugar-free ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
