- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, almond flour, onion, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread the sugar-free ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices or herbs.
- Serve with a side of low carb vegetables for a complete meal.
