Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, or lobster)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add seafood stock and heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  4. Mix in cooked seafood and mixed vegetables, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the seafood mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Prepare Cheddar Bay biscuit mix according to package instructions and fold in shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the biscuit mixture over the seafood filling.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
