Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until well mixed.

- Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
