Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
