Description

A delicious and festive candy corn fudge that is gluten-free and perfect for Halloween or any fall celebration.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat.
  3. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Fold in candy corn, mini marshmallows, and nuts if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes
