Description
A flavorful Cajun seafood boil featuring shrimp, crab, and sausage, all tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.

- 2 pounds of shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound of crab legs
- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 ears of corn, cut in half
- 1/2 cup of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt and Cajun seasoning.
- Add the corn and sausage, cooking for about 10 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking until the shrimp turn pink and the crab is heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Mix the garlic butter with the seafood and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with lemon juice and fresh parsley.
Notes
- Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- Feel free to add other seafood like mussels or clams.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter sauce.
