Description

A flavorful Cajun seafood boil featuring shrimp, crab, and sausage, all tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of shrimp, deveined
  • 1 pound of crab legs
  • 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt and Cajun seasoning.
  2. Add the corn and sausage, cooking for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and crab legs, cooking until the shrimp turn pink and the crab is heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  5. Mix the garlic butter with the seafood and toss to coat.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with lemon juice and fresh parsley.
