Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Gently fold in the flour and salt until just incorporated.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is deeply browned and the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift it out using the parchment paper.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
