- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
- Add the diced red onion, shredded carrots, raisins, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
