Description

Boo Oreo Brownies are a delightful Halloween treat that combines rich chocolate brownies with creamy Oreo cookies, perfect for celebrating the spooky season.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Black food coloring (optional)
  • Oreo cookies for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  7. If desired, add black food coloring to the batter for a spooky effect.
