- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup red velvet cake mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or on the stovetop.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Add the red velvet cake mix and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the popped popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
- Spread the coated popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle with additional sprinkles for decoration.
- Allow to cool and harden before serving.
