Description

A spooky and delicious treat perfect for Halloween, combining the flavors of red velvet cake with the crunch of popcorn.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup red velvet cake mix
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or on the stovetop.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the red velvet cake mix and vanilla extract to the melted chocolate and mix well.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the popped popcorn and stir to coat evenly.
