Description

Big Mac Sliders are a delicious and fun twist on the classic Big Mac, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onions, salt, and pepper to the beef and cook until onions are translucent.
  4. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the special sauce.
  5. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer the cooked beef mixture on the buns, followed by cheese, pickles, and a drizzle of the special sauce.
  7. Top with the other half of the buns.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
