- 500g ground beef
- 4 parathas
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
- For Spicy Sauce:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the patties until browned and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, and salt to make the spicy sauce.
- Heat the parathas in a pan until warm.
- Assemble the burger by placing a beef patty on a paratha, adding the spicy sauce, and topping with another paratha.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer chilies.
- Can substitute ground beef with chicken or turkey for a lighter option.
- Serve with a side of salad for a complete meal.
