Description

A delicious fusion of traditional paratha and a juicy beef burger, topped with a spicy sauce for an explosion of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 4 parathas
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • For Spicy Sauce:
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with chopped onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the patties until browned and cooked through.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, and salt to make the spicy sauce.
  5. Heat the parathas in a pan until warm.
  6. Assemble the burger by placing a beef patty on a paratha, adding the spicy sauce, and topping with another paratha.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer chilies.
  • Can substitute ground beef with chicken or turkey for a lighter option.
  • Serve with a side of salad for a complete meal.
