Instructions

- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.

Notes
- For best results, use ground beef with a fat content of around 80/20.
- Feel free to customize with your favorite toppings like cheese, lettuce, or tomato.
