Instructions
- In a large trifle dish or glass bowl, layer half of the angel food cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add half of the mixed berries on top of the cake layer.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the berries.
- Add half of the whipped topping over the pudding layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with whipped topping on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
