Description

A delicious and quick chicken casserole inspired by the famous Neiman Marcus recipe, perfect for a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with melted butter.
  5. Spread the cornflake mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
