Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
