Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray the chicken with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
