Description

Crispy and delicious air fryer onion rings that are easy to make and perfect as a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each onion ring into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the coated onion rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Spray the onion rings lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
