Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Dip each ball into flour, then into the beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
