Description

Air Fryer Fried Avocado is a delicious and healthy snack that combines the creaminess of avocado with a crispy coating, all made in an air fryer for a guilt-free treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut the avocado into wedges.
  3. In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each avocado wedge first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated avocado wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
