- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut the avocado into wedges.
- In one bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each avocado wedge first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated avocado wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
