Description

A quick and easy meatball casserole that can be prepared in just 50 minutes, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked pasta
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, and uncooked pasta.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use homemade meatballs if preferred.
  • For a healthier option, use whole wheat pasta.
