Ingredients

- 1 box of cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 can of frosting
- 1 bag of white chocolate chips
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the cake mix instructions.
- Prepare the cake mix by combining the cake mix, eggs, water, and oil in a bowl.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake as directed.
- Once baked, let the cake cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix in the frosting until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate and place them back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Let the cake balls cool completely before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use cream cheese frosting instead of regular frosting.
- These cake balls can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
