Description

A quick and easy one-pot meal that combines chicken, pasta, and parmesan cheese, ready in just 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the pasta, chicken broth, and marinara sauce.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
