- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
- Stir in the pasta, chicken broth, and marinara sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
