A delicious and easy recipe for oven-baked BBQ ribs that are incredibly tender and flavorful, perfect for any BBQ lover.

- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
- Remove the top foil and brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight with the spice rub.
- Feel free to use your favorite BBQ sauce.
- Adjust the cayenne pepper to your spice preference.
