Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, and olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Brush the maple Dijon mixture over the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
