Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sautรฉ for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the spinach and garlic.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
