Quick and delicious vegan burrito wraps that can be made in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 large tortilla
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup corn
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- In the center of the tortilla, layer the black beans, cooked rice, corn, avocado, salsa, and cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
- Serve with extra salsa or guacamole on the side.
